Job Title: Immediate Hire LPN Company: Mcare Agency LLC Location: Austin TX USA Contract Details: Fulltime Mcare Agency LLC is a leading healthcare staffing agency providing topnotch healthcare professionals to facilities across the country. We are currently seeking an Immediate Hire LPN to join our team in Austin TX on a fulltime basis. As an Immediate Hire LPN you will be responsible for providing highquality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will work closely with patients and their families to assess and monitor their health status administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed by the physician. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and communicating effectively with the healthcare team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a valid LPN license in the state of Texas and at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting. We are looking for someone who is compassionate detailoriented and able to work well under pressure. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including administering medications performing treatments and monitoring vital signs Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members Adhere to all state and federal regulations as well as facility policies and procedures Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve clinical skills Requirements: Valid LPN license in the state of Texas Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting Current BLS certification Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate and patientfocused attitude Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
