Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee our service department. This role requires strong leadership to manage service technicians, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a licensed HVAC professional with excellent communication and management skills. Responsibilities Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and completion of service calls Provide technical guidance for complex service issues Monitor performance, conduct training, and evaluate staff Resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels Track revenue, productivity, and department efficiency Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or supervisory role Strong HVAC technical knowledge Journeyman or Master HVAC License preferred Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Proficiency with service management software Valid Driver’s License with a clean record Salary Range $85,000 – $115,000 per year, based on experience and licensing.
