Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Location varies; opportunities nationwide. Responsibilities Leadership and management of business operations Manage the day-to-day operational management of Business Operations Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and execute an annual Operational Plan aligned with strategic goals and continuous improvement opportunities Mentor staff and oversee the team’s commitment to client and customer standards Maintain relevant industry standards and understand client needs to maximize outcomes Coordinate with the Director of Operations on strategic and operational issues and risks Provide monthly reports to the Director on business operations Finance: work with the VP, Finance to ensure accounting procedures and financial risk controls are monitored and enhanced as needed Manage service provider contracts for Business Operations Coordinate preparation of capital and operating budgets and monitor activity to control expenses Collaborate with the service team to control direct costs and support revenue growth with the sales team Organizational development and quality management for the team Oversee Coral’s maintenance program (as applicable to role scope) Job Description Service Manager Identify developmental opportunities including offering additional services to existing or potential clients Support sales and marketing initiatives and organizational development activities Monitor and review system material management procedures for SOP compliance Staff supervision, development and mentoring Provide or organize technical onboarding for new staff regarding project completion, reporting, quality management, and related workflows Delegate work to team members within appropriate capability and capacity Coordinate training and development requirements with HR Conduct annual cooperative planning with direct reports Quality management: plan, KPI development, monitoring and reporting Oversee maintenance programs Experience/Education/Training Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior operations role Extensive multi-level HVAC experience with best practices, policies, and procedures across operations Degree or college diploma in business, technical or management HVAC License (A Plus) Red Seal HVAC Refrigeration Certification/License Gas B Ticket (Plus) If interested, please email fabian.harris@gogpac.com with a copy of your confidential resume.
