HVAC CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
SUMMARY
MECCO is seeking an HVAC Construction Superintendent in Columbia, MD to oversee commercial mechanical system installations. MECCO is a local 602, 100 and 5 commercial mechanical contractor, with a reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the HVAC mechanical, plumbing and sheet metal industries, leadership skills, and ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and project specifications and be familiar with industry safety regulations and procedures.

This position requires working at construction sites, in mechanical/equipment rooms and possible extreme weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and heavy equipment. The employee may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; risk of electrical shock (high voltage); and vibration. The noise level in the work environment varies.
