Your Impact Create and prepare HR-related data analytics dashboards. Assist in labor and employee relations matters, including investigations and handling grievances. Provide customer support to employees both in person and via phone. Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes (such as vacation/sick time balances, FMLA leave, and disciplinary actions) to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Participate in organizing company events and career days. Assist in developing a professional development program for people leaders. Your Experience and Qualifications Required Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Talent Management, Business Management, or a related field. Preferred Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Outstanding research and note-taking abilities, both written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management, attention to detail, organization skills, and prioritization abilities. Previous professional or internship experience in HR or talent management settings. Your Workplace This is a full-time internship during the Summer of 2025 at AGCO Corporation in Hesston, Kansas . Housing and relocation will not be provided. Summer internships run from May 2025 through August 2025 with the potential to extend to a longer-term through the academic year.
