Work directly with client owners and decision makers of small growth companies to establish and run HR processes; facilitate performance review, benefits, compensation and other recurring HR cycles; manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance; foster employee engagement; and advise founders of client companies on People & Culture strategy.
Our clients will rely on you to advise them on who gets a seat at the table, invite you to coach and upskill their successors, and build equitable workplaces.

The role is full-time hybrid with up to 3 days onsite with EnterGain colleagues and clients in New York City and the surrounding areas. The position reports to the Co-Founders of EnterGain.
