Responsibilities Design strategies to meet hotel financial goals, create marketing deliverables, and develop an annual sales forecast by analyzing market data. Establish strategies to help the sales team meet and exceed monthly room booking goals aligned with overall hotel and revenue management objectives. Deliver weekly sales activity reports and monthly sales expense reports, and meet with department managers to update on sales-related expenses. Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain high occupancy and profitability through coordination with department managers. Increase revenue and new guest visits via strategic outbound sales efforts, including phone solicitation to local professionals, corporations, and your personal network. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a sales professional, preferably in hospitality. Proven success in lead generation and closing sales. High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
