Job Summary:

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist Physician in Toledo, Ohio.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Group currently currently consists of 9 pediatric hospitalists

  • 12 hour shifts-majority are day shifts as we currently have two full time nocturnists

  • Level 1 nursery-no deliveries, no circumcisions

  • NICU on campus with 24/7 coverage

  • PICU on campus with 24/7 coverage

  • Jointly collaboration with the University of Toledo Medical School and the University of Toledo Pediatric residency program-many opportunities for teaching

  • Opportunity to participate in various hospital committees and work closely with ancillary staff for quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.

  • Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided

  • Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.

  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).

  • Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
