The ideal candidate will help clients to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life by providing physical, emotional, and moral support.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Concord, CA. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. The role also includes providing patient care, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting personal care needs. Additionally, the Home Health Aide will offer companionship and provide effective communication and emotional support to clients.
