Head of Corporate Treasury About the Company Fast-growing firm opening a US Bank Industry Banking Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Treasury to take on a senior, highly visible role with a global focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing the financial modeling tools used in forecasting global cash and net debt positions, as well as designing strategies to optimize cash usage worldwide. This includes managing external bank account structures, providing strategic oversight of cash management, and ensuring the integrity of internal controls related to cash, debt, and equity management. The role also involves ownership of annual and quarterly budgets and forecasts, supporting global business needs, and developing and implementing treasury policies to enhance consistency, efficiency, and controls. Applicants for the Head of Corporate Treasury position at the company should have 10-15 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, with a preference for those holding a CTP certification. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial services or corporate treasury, experience in managing projects such as system implementation, and a proven track record of excellent communication and people management skills.
