Graphic Designer

What You'll Do:

Collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to develop eye-catching graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, emails, and online ads.
Design impactful print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and event materials.
Produce original visual content that aligns with our brand's style, voice, and guidelines.
Develop and present design concepts, gather team feedback, and refine your work as needed.
Balance multiple design projects at once, managing timelines to meet deadlines.
Keep up with industry trends, design best practices, and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates a range of design projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.
Design Knowledge: Strong grasp of layout, typography, and color theory, with the ability to create designs that align with our brand standards.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working within a team.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required—your talent and experience matter most.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with video editing or animation (e.g., After Effects).
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for digital design projects.
