We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Government Contracts Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our contracts with government agencies are compliant with all necessary regulations and requirements, while also creating process routings for efficient contract execution. The ideal candidate will have or be willing to learn a deep understanding of government contracting processes, including the drawing and certifications needed to execute contracts effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with both internal teams and government stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contract Review & Analysis : Review government contracts, solicitations, and requirements to ensure full understanding and compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
• Drawings & Technical Documentation : Collaborate with technical teams to prepare, modify, and review required drawings, schematics, and other technical documents needed for contract execution.
• Certifications & Compliance : Manage the preparation and submission of all required certifications (e.g., FAR, DFARS, ITAR) and ensure all documents meet government standards and timelines.
• Regulatory Compliance : Monitor and ensure compliance with government procurement laws and regulations throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Proposal Support : Assist in the preparation of government contract proposals, ensuring all necessary certifications, documentation, and qualifications are included.
• Create Process Routings : Develop and maintain process routings, ensuring each step in the contract lifecycle is properly defined and documented. Work closely with engineering and operations teams to optimize process flows for government contract deliverables.
• Liaison with Government Agencies : Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and government representatives, providing clarification on contract requirements, amendments, and compliance matters.
• Contract Modifications : Review and implement changes or amendments to contracts as required by government agencies or internal stakeholders.
• Audit Support : Support audits, both internal and external, ensuring all government contract-related documentation and processes are accurately maintained and accessible.
• Training & Development : Stay current with government contracting regulations and best practices, providing guidance and training to team members as needed.
