Starting Pay:

• 1st Shift: $18.00/hr.
• 2nd Shift: $20.50/hr (No Fridays required!).

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble, glaze, and fabricate window and door units using hand and power tools.
• Operate equipment such as saws, punches, and presses safely.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Follow SOPs to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience a plus (not required).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
