Job Description

Description LUV Car Wash was founded in September 2021, and we have rapidly grown to over 70 locations across 6 states: CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are seeking a dedicated General Manager to join our expanding team and help us achieve our goal of becoming the best car wash in the industry. Benefits: Bonus Eligible Overtime Available 401K match Health Benefits/HSA Vision Dental Life insurance Vacation Sick Time Employee Discount program EAP General Summary of Duties: The General Manager (GM) oversees all site operations, including staff recruiting, site safety, facilities management, customer service, sales growth, site compliance, and team development. Reports to: District Manager FLSA Status: Exempt / Non-Exempt Physical Demands: Occasional prolonged walking/standing Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Lift up to 25 pounds unassisted Essential Functions: Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members Foster a culture of accountability and adherence to operational procedures Ensure compliance with onboarding, orientation, and training processes for new teammates Provide ongoing coaching and development for Assistant General Managers (AGMs) and high-potential hourly staff Partner with HR on disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations Collaborate with District Manager on community outreach and marketing to increase sales Assist in budget planning and forecasting Manage inquiries efficiently and follow up promptly Review payroll reports and approve employee payroll and commissions timely Complete checklists and ensure operational standards are met Ensure proper use of sales scripts and procedures Maintain site safety and compliance with all regulations Build customer relationships through superior service to increase memberships Create weekly schedules and manage labor costs Conduct site walk-throughs to ensure safety, efficiency, and service quality Handle customer complaints and work with District Manager for resolution Coordinate with Facilities for equipment maintenance and repairs Perform other duties as assigned All employees must stay current on company policies and procedures through appropriate channels. Requirements Education: HS Diploma or equivalent preferred; Bachelor's in business management, hospitality, or related field is a plus. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years management experience required; hospitality or restaurant management experience is highly preferred; automotive or car wash industry experience is a plus.
