Real estate development firm is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel with 8-12 years of experience to serve as the primary legal advisor to the company. This is a high-impact role working closely with the executive team on legal strategy and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead legal efforts on construction loan documents , from standard forms to complex negotiations
• Support a variety of real estate transactions and development matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, service, and partnership agreements
• Provide legal counsel across departments and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards
• Oversee regulatory and legal risk across the organization

Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex contracts and transactions
Strong background in real estate development and finance
