Location: Aurora, IL
Flexible Part-Time Hours:

• Senior Hours: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Description:
As the Front Desk Associate in our dental office, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering an exceptional experience for our patients. Responsibilities include:

• Patient Interaction: Greet and check in patients, ensuring all necessary forms and documentation are completed.
• Check-Out Process: Assist patients with scheduling follow-up appointments and processing payments.
• Insurance Verification: Verify and update patient insurance information prior to appointments.
• Phone & Scheduling: Manage phone calls, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Administrative Support: Maintain an organized, professional front desk and reception area, and provide additional office support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous or healthcare setting is a plus
• Familiarity with dental insurance and scheduling software is highly desirable
