Overview:

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all areas within Sheetz Bros. Kitchen.

1. Common Areas Clean and sanitize common areas.
2. Bakery Cleaning Clean and sanitize bakery areas.
3. COP Tank Clean processing aids and tools using the COP tank.
4. RTE Production Lines Clean and sanitize assembly and filling lines.
5. Fryer Filtering Filter fryer.
6. Fryer Boilout Boil out the fryer.
7. Production areas Clean all production areas and structures (walls, ceilings, floors, pillars, vents, lights, etc.)

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Experience

• No experience required
• Cleaning or sanitation experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• None required
