Crown Staffing is Now Hiring an Order Picker for a manufacturer in Roselle, IL!
Job Details
Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $19/hr

• Overtime possible and mandatory

Order Picker / Forklift Driver Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Stand-Up Forklift experience (required)
• Experience with order picking, staging, and warehouse operations
• Ability to lift and work on your feet for an entire shift
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when picking orders
• RF scanner experience preferred

About the Order Picker / Forklift Driver Role
As an Order Picker / Forklift Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a Stand-Up Forklift to move, stack, and transport materials
• Picking customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners
• Staging and preparing completed orders for shipment
• Loading and unloading trucks as needed
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting shortages or errors
• Following daily production goals to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Keeping work areas organized and free of safety hazards
• Supporting general warehouse operations as needed
• Communicating with leads and supervisors regarding workflow and priorites
