As a Food Server, you will deliver exceptional service by taking and serving guest orders with precision, ensuring tables are impeccably maintained, and creating a welcoming, elevated dining experience from start to finish. This role also supports restaurant operations through detailed side work and station upkeep. Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome. Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages. Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach. Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment. Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations. Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency. Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees. Must be a minimum of 18 years old with the ability to obtain proper licensure per New Jersey regulations. Possesses experience within a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage setting with a foundation in food service excellence. Knowledgeable of menu offerings, including wine, champagne, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, with a refined understanding of proper glassware, garnishes, and service terminology. Knowledgeable of standard kitchen equipment and safety regulations, and proficient in POS systems and basic computer functions. Possesses the ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms to deliver elevated guest experiences with professionalism. This position is a seasonal opportunity, with the summer season running from May 1, 2025, through October 15, 2025. Please note that the end date may be subject to change based on business needs.
