Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the overall execution of field operations and supervision of field activities on the job site.
Overall responsibility for equipment upkeep in the shop and in the field. Manage the operations on site and follow all Petrochem Energy policies and procedures, and any customer procedures provided.
Make recommendations to Operations Manager regarding needed improvements to the operations and other areas as necessary.
Understand and comply with company procedures for safety, field operations, and reporting.
Understand and comply with individual client instructions and requirements.
Provide guidance to various personnel.
Assist with office work as necessary.
Able to represent our Company with the utmost integrity for our Clients.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years industry experience.
SKILLS:
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals and/or groups within the organization or while representing the organization.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to design optimal solutions for problems and the ability to work with others in solving larger complex problems.
Have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and other applications.
Position requires individual to work overtime and/or holidays or weekends when necessary.
Must be able to travel to various locations, often at short notice.
Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to obtain a CDL Drivers License, and pass HazMat background check and drug test.
