Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school, admission to the Michigan Bar license or an Illinois or Indiana law license with 5+ years experience, and excellent academic credentials
- Bar Membership in good standing (required)
- Command of the rules of evidence and first chair experience
- Exceptional advocacy, legal research, and analytical skills
- Minimum of four years in family law litigation with successful case outcomes
- Strong leadership and case management skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and client demands
- Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy
- Foster collaboration, excellence, and professionalism
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage time effectively and plan and organize efficiently
- Demonstrate emotional maturity and accountability
- Deliver high-quality legal services to clients
- Represent clients in complex family law litigation, including divorce, child custody, support, property division, and prenuptial agreements
Schedule:
Full time
