Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business and a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience . Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Perform monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations Process sold inventory paperwork and file accordingly Prepare and post journal entries Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Maintain organized financial records and documentation Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (required) Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (required) 3 years of GAAP experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Work Schedule Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM In-person position (no remote work) Compensation $68,250 to $79,625 per year, based on experience Benefits (available after waiting period) 401(k) retirement plan Major medical insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Vacation time Company Description Our company has been in business over 50 years!
