Full-Time Experienced Recruiter located in our mid-town Charlotte office as an essential member of the HR team and a resource for our management team to attract and hire new employees. As a Recruiter at CNSA, you will play an important role in managing the full employee life cycle. You will serve as the primary Recruiter for an assigned area of the practice where you will source, screen, qualify and onboard new employees. You will also conduct exit interviews, help facilitate the on-boarding process, run our New Employee Orientation program bi-weekly, respond to verification of employment requests, and perform other HR administrative record-keeping requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Sources, screens, and qualifies candidates for assigned job openings.
- Utilizes Paycor ATS for managing openings and communicating with candidates and managers as they move through the selection process.
- Consults with hiring manager on final candidate decision, conducts required background checks, extends offers, and initiates onboarding via Paylocity.
- Maintains current employee information in Paylocity for internal movement and status changes for assigned areas of the practice.
- Maintains appropriate records and documentation.
- Conducts New Employee Orientation
- Supports the HR team as needed to complete special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- 4-5 years of HR professional experience as part of an HR team.
- A thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations including but not limited to Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, and FMLA.
- Keen insight for opportunities to improve internal processes to create efficiencies.
- Creative eye toward attracting candidates and engaging existing employees.
- Willingness to question the status quo.
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task, and deal tactfully with highly sensitive information, have a high degree of confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Complies with all our processes and HIPAA regulations.
- Applies our values in decision-making and interactions with all individuals.
- Promotes a positive work environment through effective teamwork.
Hours: Monday - Friday
This is not a remote position.
