We're hiring Event Promotions Assistants to support our growing team of brand ambassadors at live, local events. This is a fun, customer-facing role where you'll help increase brand awareness , create memorable experiences , and drive community engagement —no cubicles, no cold calls, just real connection.

🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent partner brands professionally and enthusiastically at community events, pop-ups, and retail promotions
Greet and interact with event attendees; provide product demos and hand out promotional materials
Answer customer questions about products, services, and pricing after full training
Assist with on-site registrations, purchases, or sign-ups
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and explain key features and benefits
Log event insights, customer feedback , and promotional outcomes to help improve campaigns
Strong people skills and a natural ability to engage with diverse audiences
Excellent communication and customer service experience (retail or event work is a plus)
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
Energetic, professional, and a team player
Reliable, punctual, and available to work evenings and weekends
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
