Entry-Level Kitchen & Bath Designer/Salesperson

Are you looking to build a career—not just find a job? KDW Home, Central and Eastern Virginia’s leading luxury kitchen design firm, is seeking a motivated and passionate entry-level Kitchen and Bath Designer/Salesperson to join our Virginia Beach showroom team.

This is more than a sales job—it’s an opportunity to be involved in the full lifecycle of luxury kitchen and bath design projects. From initial concept through final installation, you’ll be hands-on in delivering top-tier experiences to our residential clients.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the design of high-end residential kitchen and bath projects
• Support the sales process from initial client contact through project completion
• Manage and coordinate orders, materials, and installation timelines
• Maintain strong organization and communication with clients and team members
• Work in-person, full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay: Salary

Schedule: Work in-person, full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Requirements:

· Interior design degree or 1 year of professional experience in Residential Interior Design field

· Proficiency in AutoCAD LT, required

· Proficiency in SketchUp, preferred

• Fluid with Windows and Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally daily and weekly to occasionally regionally (within 2-3 hours from the showroom).
• Physical ability to lift 25-30 pounds occasionally.
