ACP Early Intervention is currently seeking a Staffing Associate.
What you'll be doing at ACP Early Intervention: - Staff EI cases with appropriate providers from inside and outside service coordinators
- Retrieve Authorizations
- Check for prescriptions, consents and other necessary documents
- Make relationships and build connections with EI providers
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Retrieve authorization, check for prescriptions and appropriate consent forms.
- Assist providers by providing documentation as needed
Education and Experience - High School diploma or equivalent
- Early Intervention Experience
- No prior criminal history
- Proficient computer skills- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Motivated and self driven
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, NYEIS
- Knowledge of areas being staffed
- Teamwork, good communication skills, customer service, enthusiasm
