Job Description As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM Technical Lead, you will be part of a client team focused on delivery and implementation of Microsoft CRM / XRM solutions. You will spend a majority of your time consulting directly with our clients and developing line of business solutions. You will also have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in enterprise-level environments. Top 3 Skills Required Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead Azure DevOps CI/CD Working across multiple time zones Responsibilities Work with customers to analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and consult on strategic and operational uses of the CRM/XRM platform. Develop high‑level project work plans, manage budgets and scope of work. Develop robust architecture design and functionality. Design integration solutions for backend services and back office/ERP applications. Identify creative solutions to meet system/business requirements with and without custom code. Develop data conversion and testing strategies. Work closely with offshore teams and drive design, implementation & test review activities.
