Responsibilities

•Log customer complaints and service tech notes
•Plot and shift service calls when necessary
•Produce documents needed for dispatch
•Arrange service calls with customers and field team
•Correspond with field teams and customers on any service details and special requests

Qualifications

•Mandatory 3+ years of dispatching experience in construction or dump trucking field
•Exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
•Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions while maintaining a positive mindset
•Confidence in being able to implement a positive customer journey
•Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
•Previous work in a customer-facing position
•Candidate should be comfortable working with people in dynamic and stressful conditions
•We prefer applicants with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher
•Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor's degree
