Hospitality Experience is Required for this Role Working a hybrid work schedule with certain days in our Manhatten office is Required for this Role Boqueria® Restaurants is on a mission to be a best-in-class operator in the restaurant industry - and are looking for a dedicated Director of Operations Services to lead the charge. Boqueria is a Spanish tapas restaurant group on the East Coast, with 10 locations spread throughout NYC, DC, Chicago, Boston, and West Hartford and an 11th set to open in Atlanta.
Are you our Director of Restaurant Operations Services? As the
Director of Operations Services , you'll be a driving force behind the operational excellence and innovation that define Boqueria. This pivotal role will empower you to lead transformative initiatives, refine processes, and develop talent-ensuring that Boqueria continues to be a top destination for tapas lovers while achieving both profitability and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Here's the kind of work you'll get to do: - Lead me nu management by ensuring platforms like Toast and third-party services are always up-to-date, enhancing both operational efficiency and guest experience.
- Drive the product development cycle , from concept to execution, ensuring every dish aligns with Boqueria's brand and excites our guests.
- Optimize inventory management systems like Radar and provide field leadership training, ensuring precise Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) tracking and overall efficiency.
- Implement seamless new offerings by coordinating tastings, gathering actionable feedback, and integrating updates across all locations.
- Leverage data insights to refine menus and processes, consistently driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Champion team development , overseeing learning programs and providing feedback to elevate performance across all locations.
- Support new restaurant openings , leading operations logistics, training, and ensuring smooth integrations with POS systems.
Qualifications: Required - 5+ years of experience in food and beverage operations within a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Proven ability to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Expertise in managing systems and processes related to inventory, COGS, and menu optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred: - Advanced qualifications in business management, hospitality, or culinary arts.
- Expertise in food and beverage product development and operational management systems.
- Working knowledge of Toast POS, GoParrot, Radar Inventory Management, Menu Management software, and Data Analysis tools
