Role Overview The Diversified Financials Banker is a senior position responsible for assisting non-bank financial clients in raising funds in capital markets and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions, in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. The primary goal is to act as a strategic advisor by formulating investment strategies and raising capital for clients. Responsibilities Leverage experience in investment banking to enhance M&A execution and capital raising, contributing to Citi's franchise growth. Meet revenue and financial goals by maintaining a pipeline of deals. Ensure client solutions meet or exceed risk and ethical standards. Anticipate market changes and identify various risks. Mentor junior bankers and support staffing models for career development. Build client relationships with tailored financial solutions and market insights. Serve as an expert on regulatory, financial, and strategic issues related to corporate finance. Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance and ethical conduct, and escalate issues as needed. Qualifications 15+ years of relevant experience. Experience in people management. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; Master’s preferred. Experience in investment banking institutions. Strong communication skills. Ability to remain unbiased in diverse environments. Series 79 and 63 licenses. Additional Information Position details include full-time employment in New York, with a salary range of $200,000 to $300,000, plus benefits and incentives.
