We’re seeking a dynamic, motivated NQDC Business Partner Manager to join our team. You will collaborate with external partners critical to our success and work across product, sales, service, and support teams to maintain relationships, improve processes, and drive revenue. Your role includes developing strategies to expand our ecosystem, identifying trends, aligning initiatives with company goals, and promoting best practices. You will help achieve better outcomes through governance, managing initiatives, and leading key projects. The Expertise You Have

  • 10+ years in financial services, preferably with NQDC roles, vendor management, and product management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Experience in vendor management, navigating complex ecosystems, and strategy execution
  • Strong understanding of the NQDC industry and ecosystem
  • Experience coordinating multi-party meetings or industry events is a plus
  • Experience working with internal teams to understand requirements and implement processes
  • Experience with contract negotiation and management or partner collaboration is a plus
  • Background in product management, including defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and cross-functional collaboration

  • Manage complex partner and vendor ecosystems, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners to align with business goals
  • Serve as primary contact for relationships, addressing priorities and growth opportunities
  • Manage vendor profiles, agreements, reviews, revenue, and metrics for business intelligence
  • Evaluate and select vendors, negotiate contracts, and develop management policies
  • Maintain records, monitor performance, and conduct vendor assessments
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure collaboration and compliance
  • Manage revenue and expenses, resolve vendor issues, and conduct evaluations
  • Track ecosystem performance, identify improvements, and support growth initiatives
  • Ensure documentation compliance and develop reports for leadership

The Team

Fidelity Stock Plan Services (SPS) is Fidelity’s equity compensation administration business within the Workplace Investing division. It manages relationships with global clients, providing administrative support and guidance for stock plans and NQDC clients.

The SPSNQ domain focuses on delivering customer value, enabling growth, driving efficiency, and promoting diversity and inclusion in our products and team.
