Objective:  Elevate Sleepyhead's brand presence through innovative and eye-catching designs for email and SMS campaigns as well as advertisements for META, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google. Utilize your expertise to streamline the design process and ensure high-quality outputs that enhance our marketing strategies and engagement rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email and SMS Design Excellence
• Video Editing (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
• Design and implement creative visuals for email and SMS campaigns using Canva, ensuring alignment with our brand’s aesthetic.
• Optimize designs for conversion, focusing on layout, color schemes, and typography that appeal to our target audience.

Platform Proficiency and Integration:

• Integrate designs with marketing platforms to automate and personalize communications.
• Continuously update and maintain design templates and assets within these platforms.
• Collaborative Campaign Development:
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute promotions and campaigns.
• Provide creative input to enhance campaign effectiveness through visual storytelling and design.

Performance and Analytics:

• Monitor the performance of creative assets in campaigns to understand engagement and conversion metrics.
• Iterate and optimize designs based on data and feedback from marketing performance.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, specifically with a focus on digital marketing creatives.
• Expertise in Canva, with a strong portfolio of design work that includes email and SMS marketing materials (examples will need to be provided).
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and SMS marketing tools like Attentive and PostScript.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography in digital media.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday - 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Experience:

• Graphic design: 2 years (Required)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
• Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)
