Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to lead our front office operations and support a positive, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate is organized, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), and skilled in managing both administrative and team functions within a dental practice.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure efficiency and excellent patient care.
Manage and support front desk staff including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
Ensure smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Monitor schedules, collections, and daily reports to meet office goals.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies.
Handle conflict resolution and promote a positive team culture.
Communicate regularly with the Regional Manager and corporate team regarding office performance and needs.
Assist in staff hiring, onboarding, and scheduling.
Monitor inventory and supply orders to stay within budget.
Support marketing initiatives and patient retention efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of dental office management or lead front office experience.
Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, and billing.
Proficient in Open Dental Software (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
Ability to work Saturdays and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
