Our exceptional people are the key to our unrivaled, inclusive culture and talent experience and our ability to be compelling to our clients. In addition to technical skills required, the role includes oversight/development of staff, project management, and effective communication to internal leadership and client points of contact.

As a leader at RSM, it is expected that this role will mentor and educate junior staff and collaborate cross-functionally with other service offerings.
