Job Summary:
Commercial HVAC Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale HVAC systems and projects.

Job Requirements:

• Commercial HVAC experience.
• Minimum 100 tons+ unit size experience.
• Experience with chilled water systems and cooling towers.
• Field supervision experience, not limited to office roles.
• Knowledge of HVAC retrofit management.
• Understanding of P&L, budgets, and financials.
• Knowledge of permitting and subcontractor management.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• GC License is a significant plus.
• Proficiency in building automation systems.
• Experience with heavy metal mechanical units.
• Strong computer abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage projects ranging from $1.5 million to $20 million, including HVAC, HVAC controls, lighting, roofing, and energy conservation.
• Oversee HVAC retrofit projects.
• Review designs and plans for compliance.
• Ensure expertise in submittal processes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and interact with customers.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
