Your new role

Due to an exciting internal restructure within Munro Footwear Group, we have created a new Cluster Manager position within our Midas Boutiques NSW Portfolio. Based in our Midas Piccadilly boutique, you will be part of the success of our Mosman, Warringah, Miranda, and St Ives Boutiques.

Duties

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 5 boutiques
• Manage and motivate a team of Store Managers
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered across all stores
• Ensure all stores comply with company standards

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a multi-site Area or Cluster Manager in the Retail industry – Fashion experience desired
• Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams to deliver desired targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze sales and operational data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
