Job Posting Title Clinical Oncology Pharmacist- REMOTE Job Description The Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist position is responsible for the overall direction and management of Prime's Oncology Medical Specialty programs. This position has primary leadership responsibility for the design, development, implementation and execution of systems, programs and processes driving and supporting Prime's overall oncology business objectives. Responsibilities: + Supports overall Medical Specialty line for health plans through validated program enhancements, creation of usable, client collateral materials with marketing, and supporting client discussions. + Develops new opportunities and supports expansion of programs for existing clients. + Works with analytics team to provide program outcomes to measure for cost impact analyses for health plan clients. + Manage and support the oncology Medical Pharmacy development needs for current and potential new clients. + Research, obtain, coordinate, and integrate feedback from diverse operational groups and organizations into a written product to educate internal partners and clients. + Identify and develop opportunities for improved process efficiencies for Oncology Medical Pharmacy programs. + Support the preparation and delivery of program reporting. + Develop appropriate submissions for program presentations at National meetings and for publication acceptance. + Work with internal and external stakeholders to support client requests and issue resolution as part of the innovation and strategy team. + Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: + Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree + Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the State where the position is located + 7 years of work experience as Pharmacist in clinical oncology with experience at oncology institution, practice or hospice + Experience working in managed care, health plans or PBM + Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship + BCOP - Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist Additional Qualifications: + Strong interpersonal communication skills, including team leadership, conflict resolution and listening + Action oriented ability To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
