CLEANER

Cleaners are responsible for assisting in meeting the company's mission: To Serve the Community through the Healing Power of Mother Nature.

Essential Functions: may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Clean designated facility areas, ensuring spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash and tidying furniture (wipe down all chairs in break room & conference room)
• Sanitize all high touch areas
• Clean glass and windows
• Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, cabinet, and restock disposables
• Use 26" Dual Cleaning Brush Floor Sweeper in all areas, hallways, rooms, intake room
• CAREFULLY Use Tennant Floor Machine, avoiding the walls at all times
• Use Milwaukee Cordless Backpack vacuum after dust mopping rooms
• Launder materials used to clean
• Perform and document routine maintenance activities
• Communicate with management for reorders of supplies
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Carefully operate and maintain heavy cleaning equipment
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications/Experience may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to pass a criminal background check (per state of Arizona requirements)
• At least 21 years of age (per state of Arizona requirements)
• Ability to be on time every day
• Ability to communicate in a friendly, compassionate & helpful manner
• Knowledge of general office procedures and computer/Internet usage
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities, get along well with others.
