You’ll have creative control and the budget to build your team (influencers, strategists, creatives) as needed. 🎯 Responsibilities Lead and execute the overall brand + marketing strategy Scale IG, TikTok, SMS/email , and offline growth (events, drops, collabs) Oversee existing content editor + social manager Develop and manage campaigns , influencer partnerships, and viral content ideas Track analytics, optimize performance, and drive signups + repeat orders Build and manage future marketing hires/freelancers as needed Collaborate directly with the founder on expansion strategy ✅ Requirements Ability to design white label product Proven experience as a CMO or Marketing Director in a lifestyle, cannabis, or DTC brand Strong grasp of content strategy, influencer marketing, and Gen Z/Millennial trends Ability to lead creative campaigns from concept to execution Experience with growth marketing (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SMS, email flows) Must be LA-based or able to work from our Westwood office regularly Self-starter with hustle, vision, and a performance mindset ]]>
