Job Description:

Our client is seeking a qualified Claims QA / File Reviewer to join their team. This position involves providing critical review and analysis of incoming dwelling estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with carrier-specific guidelines. Candidates must have a strong background in personal property claims adjusting and be prepared to work extended hours, especially during peak claim influx periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze incoming dwelling estimates for accuracy and compliance with carrier guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders throughout the claims process.

Skill Set / Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CAT claims adjuster handling personal property (not auto).
• Active Florida license required (candidates must appoint their license to our client; self-appointments will not be accepted).
• Proficiency in estimating software, preferably Xactimate or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of each phase of the claims handling process.
• Strong communication skills.

Note: Candidates with previous public adjuster experience will not be considered. Background checks must be cleared before starting.

Work Conditions:

• Hours: 9-10 hours a day for 7 days (OT pay will be offered) , depending on storm severity and claims influx.
• Anticipated Project Duration: Through mid-November, with the possibility of ending earlier or extending based on volume.

Additional Information:

• The client uses a productivity tracker and actively monitors performance.
• Candidates should disclose if they have previously applied to this company or been presented by another firm.

Remote candidates must have their own equipment.
