Job Title: BDC Manager - Customer Service and Sales

Salary: $48k + Incentive Plan

Job Overview:
The BDC Manager is responsible for planning, managing, directing, and coordinating all activities within the Business Development Center (BDC) of an automotive dealership. This role includes developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies to meet sales and service volume objectives, driving traffic to both departments through lead generation, follow-up, and optimizing conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and track daily, weekly, and monthly targets for BDC team performance.
Oversee lead generation, follow-up, and appointment scheduling for sales and service.
Lead, motivate, and manage the BDC team to meet sales and service objectives.
Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation campaigns.
Ensure proper use of CRM for tracking leads and appointments.
Train the BDC team in lead handling and customer service best practices.
Ensure high-quality service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback for improvement.
Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to optimize appointment scheduling.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new BDC representatives.
Prepare performance reports for senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years in a BDC or call center environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
Proven experience in managing a team and meeting sales and service goals.
Proficient in CRM software, MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and other relevant tools.
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written, conversational, and comprehension).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
