Job Details
Lead supplier negotiations to achieve cost reductions in specific hospital spend categories.
Serve as the primary procurement contact for various hospital departments.
Coordinate requisitions and manage purchase orders to support organizational buying needs.
Develop and apply cost models to support procurement strategies.
Utilize multiple information systems and data exchanges for procurement processes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in procurement and cost reduction, preferably in a healthcare setting
Associate's Degree in Business or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
Certification through ISM or AHRMM within 1 year of hire
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
