ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Brand Designer to define and execute the creative vision of Aerflo. As a creative partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping a brand at the intersection of design, sustainability, and modern living—across packaging and digital marketing.This role requires a deep appreciation for visual storytelling, an instinct for simplicity, and a sharp eye for details that elevate everyday experiences. Beyond aesthetics, we’re looking for someone who understands how creative drives engagement and conversions—who can not only craft compelling visuals but also think critically about what will resonate with audiences across paid and organic channels.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Concepting and designing across digital and physical applications: packaging, ecomm assets, social media, and paid marketing campaigns (video and still)
  • Developing high-converting ad creatives—testing, iterating, and optimizing based on performance insights.
  • Evolving the brand system with the founder/brand lead and applying it consistently across new formats.
  • Collaborating with industrial designers, engineers, and printers to finalize design details packaging, and other physical assets.
  • Bringing storytelling to life through motion, photography direction, and editing with a focus on engagement.
  • Supporting marketing launches, influencer kits, and seasonal creative rollouts that drive acquisition.
  • Working with external partners and creatives (photographers, illustrators, printers, etc.) to execute with precision.

WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH

You’ll be part of a small, agile team building a brand from the ground up. You’ll report directly to the founder and work closely with marketing, paid media, industrial design, and operations. Your work will bridge brand intention and real-world execution—crafting visually stunning, high-performing assets that fuel growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in brand or performance design (agency or in-house; consumer-focused work is a plus).
  • Direct experience designing for ads, paid social, and growth marketing (video and still)
  • Strong design craft with expertise across digital, packaging, and physical brand systems.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma and motion/3D tools a plus.
  • A clean, elevated aesthetic with an understanding of performance-driven creative.
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into high-converting visual assets (video and still)
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a bias for testing and iteration.
  • Passion for sustainability, circular design, and the future of consumer experiences.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary: The base salary hiring range for this position is but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s skill level and experience. Note position may be full-time or contract.
