Job Title: Bookkeeper Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper Accountant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting systems. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank statements to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Prepare monthly financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
Prepare and file annual tax reports at both the state and federal levels.
Respond to inquiries from clients and team members regarding financial information.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an accountant.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the real estate or property management industry.
Familiarity with
(Triple Net) investments.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
