Hunt through bid websites, compile all supporting documents, and submit bids on-time. As a member of Safeway Sign Company, you will gain career experience and level up your professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use bid websites to find new job opportunities.
• Work with sales staff to discuss the opportunities.
• Gather needed pricing from estimator.
• Retrieve quotes from vendors.
• Attention to detail and follow through with internal and external customer-base.
• Fill out forms and schedule notaries, as needed.
• Must have basic math skills (PEMDAS).
• Keep Bid Tracker up to date.
• Retrieve bid results.
• Learn ERP system and production workflow.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education : High School degree required.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, along with ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing project needs and environments.
• Problem-solving : Strong analytical skills to foresee and solve project challenges.

Work Environment:

• Typically office-based, but may require travel depending on the project.
• Dress code: Business-casual.
