Overview: Join our dedicated team at Early Autism Services as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We seek enthusiastic individuals to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-11) in supportive environments, including clinics, homes, and community settings. You'll work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. This role requires both physical and mental energy and offers interactive and engaging experiences with clients.

Qualifications:

• RBT certification per the BACB preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
• Provide direct 1:1 support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to ensure effective interventions
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and stakeholders regarding progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress reports
• Attend regular supervision and training sessions

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform tasks including walking, running, standing, sitting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
