Job Details Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Bankruptcy Team!
Are you a seasoned bankruptcy associate looking to take your career to new heights? We are a prominent Delaware law firm with a diverse business practice, actively seeking a talented individual with four to five years of bankruptcy experience to join our growing bankruptcy team.
Investing in our bankruptcy practice is a top priority for us. With four of the leading Delaware bankruptcy lawyers recognized by Chambers USA, we are dedicated to building a market-leading bankruptcy practice at one of Delaware's most highly regarded firms.
Requirements:
Four to five years of chapter 11 bankruptcy/financial reorganizations and/or creditors’ rights experience.
Experience with complex corporate restructuring preferred.
Proficient writing skills for drafting various legal documents.
Excellent research and oral communication skills.
Prior bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plus.
Admission to or willingness to pursue admission to the Delaware Bar.
