Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a resultsfocused highly driven and experienced Sales manager/ General Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Obtain monthly/ yearly manufacturer sales objectives.
  
• Maintain at or above region CSI metrics.
  
• Set/ Inspect Sales specific goals and objectives.
  
• Create a positive sales culture for the team.
  
• Hire & Train Sales staff.
  
• Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meet its goals.
  

Requirements

• Preferred candidates have a minimum of 5 years of Buick GMC Sales Manager / GSM experience.
  
• Responsible ethical and committed
  
• Professional
  
• Previous sales success
  
• Drug screen background check
  
• Performance driven with a need to succeed
  

Certificates Licenses Registrations

• Valid drivers license
