About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Creative Supervisor to help oversee our growing creative department at a leading consumer electronics company. This individual will supervise a team of 20–25 (and growing) designers and writers, providing strong creative direction across both art and copy disciplines. A strong art and copy background are needed.
The Creative Supervisor will play a pivotal role in guiding the development of innovative consumer retail packaging, displays, online listings (PDPs), websites, social content, videos and other marketing materials. Acting as the creative right-hand to the Chief Creative Officer (CCO), this individual will review, approve, and elevate creative output in the CCO’s absence, while collaborating cross-functionally on new products, brands, and business initiatives.
