Job Description
Duties :
The applicant will handle his/her own litigation cases and will assist in litigation being handled by the partners.
The position also requires interviewing clients, screening new cases, and drafting pleadings and discovery.
Qualifications :
2-5 years of experience.
The applicant must have excellent writing and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and must have the desire and personality for extensive client contact.
The applicant must have great communication skills and be energetic, detail oriented, and enjoy working with a team.
The candidate must be licensed in the District of Columbia and Maryland or Viriginia. All three bars is a plus.
